Color values and hex codes themselves are facts and free for anyone to use — the creative expression around them is what we protect.
Colors, palettes, gradients, and mixes you save inside ColorNest belong to you.
You can export, copy, and use them anywhere, for any purpose, with no restrictions from us.
We do not claim ownership of anything you create with ColorNest.
When using ColorNest, you agree not to:
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or overload the app or its hosting
- Copy the app's design or code to publish a clone
- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Abuse feedback or contact channels with spam

We do our best to keep color data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every value is error-free. Always verify critical colors before production use.
